As I mentioned in my last blog post, Etre is primarily a user experience company. Put simply, this means that we observe people using our clients' products and services and then optimise them to ensure that they are as usable, useful and engaging as possible.
We apply the same approach to improving our own products and services too - including, of course, our gloves. (This is called "eating your own dog food", in technical speak!) So, if you compare this winter's range to last winter's, you'll see that we have improved almost every facet of our gloves' design in direct response to our customers' needs. Hello everyone and welcome to our blog! That's right, it's taken a while, but we've finally jumped on the Web 2.0 bandwagon.
I must confess that I'm not exactly sure what a first blog post should contain. It feels like we should probably make some profound statements about our hopes and dreams. Or, at the very least, describe how we intend to put an end to famine, war and disease. But that stuff can probably wait for post number two. Let's start by answering some basic questions...
