Touchy Tip 008: Save a picture

In the olden days - the days of iPhone 1.0, that is - the only way to save a picture on a website was to stare at it until you had burnt its impression onto your retinas.

Thankfully, life is much easier these days...

Once you've found an image you like, simply press your finger down on it and hold still...and after about a second or so, a button sheet will appear containing the option to Save Image. When you tap this button, your iPhone will immediately deposit a copy of the image in your Camera Roll and, hey presto, job done!
